After some needed expenses for the website and for publicizing the organization to encourage membership,
the vast majority of all of the funds collected by ECARS go to supporting scholarships and grants that
encourage an interest in Amateur Radio, particularly among younger people. The main source of this funding
has been membership dues, but as time passes and a majority take advantage of the lifetime membership option,
we do have concerns over the ability to support these programs in the long term. Donations can go a long way
to improving that situation. If you would like to support the ECARS activities, please click on the button below.

by the PayPal account. Any PayPal account used must have been established with the applicant's personal Name and Address.
